60th Birthday Wimmelbild

Custom, poster-sized wimmelbild full of tiny details, created to celebrate a client’s father’s 60th birthday. Nearly half of all of the characters were created from provided reference photos of the recipient’s family, friends, characters, pets, etc., the remainder are original character designs. You can find his favorite foods, his thesis, his first car, the newspapers he reads every day, his favorite Christmas carol, and more.

Skyscrapers on the horizon provide a timeline of the recipient’s career.

Characters include client’s family, friends, pets, favorite movie characters, and more.

Each of the houses and churches were modeled after reference photos provided by the client.
